Amending A Click & Collect Order

If you have chosen to collect your order from a local collection point, but you need to change something on the order or delay its collection, please see the options available to you below.

• Unfortunately, as your order would have been prepared and shipped to your selected collection point, the options available to amend your order are limited. Select the option below the represents what you would like to do.
  • To reduce the ordered quantity on an order, you can cancel your order and place a new order for the required quantity, more information can be found on our article on cancelling your click & collect order.
    
    Alternatively, you can collect your order with the existing quantities and then return the additional items that aren’t required. More information can be found on our article on returns.
  • If you have forgotten something, or need additional products, place a new order for the additional products you need and we will let you know when your new order is ready to collect.
  • If you have ordered the incorrect product or need something different, you can cancel your order or let your collection expire and place a new order for the correct product.

  • If you can no longer get to your chosen collection point, you can cancel you order or let your collection expire. Then you can place a new order for collection from another collection point, or for home delivery if you choose.

  • Unfortunately, your order can only be held for 7 days at the collection point. If the order isn’t collected, it will be returned to our warehouse where a refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method.
• As you have collected your order, any amendments will either follow our returns or exchange policy.
