Amending the Collection Date of your Order

Not going to make it to your selected collection point to collect your order before the collection window expires.

Unfortunately, our collection point partners can only hold your order for 7 days. If the order isn’t collected we’ll return the parcel(s) to our warehouse where we will automatically process your refund.
