Amending a collection point order

If you have selected to collect your order from a local collection point, and need to change something or you have already collected your order, check out your options below. 

• Unfortunately as your order will have been prepared and shipped to your selected collection point the options available to amend your order are limited. Select the option below the represents what you want to do.

  • To reduce the ordered quantity on an order you can cancel your order, further details can be found here. Alternatively collect your order with the existing quantities and return the additional item/s that are not required. For more information on returns click here

  • If you have forgotten something or need additional products, just place a new order for the additional products and we will let you know when your new order is ready to collect.

  • If you have ordered the incorrect product or need something different, you can cancel your order or let your order collection expire, see further details on cancellations here. Then place a new order for the correct parts.

  • If you can no longer get to the location you selected your order to be collected from you can cancel you order or let your order collection expire, see further details here. Then place a new order for collection from another collection point of for home delivery.
