Your Order Confirmation Email

Need to find the important information about your order, it's all on your order confirmation email.

When you place an order with Car Parts 4 Less, either for an home delivery or collection from a collection point, you will receive a Web Order Confirmation email. This email will arrive within a short space of time after you checkout your order. 

This confirmation email contains all the important details about your order. Including the products, price paid and details of the branch selected to collect from, or delivery address you have entered.

Select from the below to see where each piece of information is shown. 

• Whether collecting your order, need to make a return or have an query regarding your order, you will always need the order number shown on this email if you need any help.

  This is detailed at the top the page on the left-hand side, along with your order date on the right-hand side  as shown below.

  

• The delivery service you selected is located in the middle of the confirmation email under When, as shown below. 

  When checking your estimated delivery date, you might also find our delivery service information useful, as well as our article on tracking your order.

  

• To the left of the delivery service information, you will see the delivery address for your order under Where, as shown below.

  

• Below the delivery address and service information, you will find a summary of the products and quantities that you have ordered, along with the price you have paid. 

  Where applicable, the registration of the vehicle that you had entered to search for products online will also be displayed in this area.
