How To Find Your Delivery Schedule

So you've placed an order and you would like to know when your order should arrive?

There are various ways you can check the delivery service that has been selected on your order, from viewing the delivery options during the checkout to order confirmation email or account.

• When you are selecting a delivery service to deliver your order, there are differing services depending on the product and your location. 

  When you select the delivery service at the checkout stage, a date of arrival is indicated next in the service option.

  

• The delivery service that was chosen, along with your order date, are located on your order confirmation email, as shown below. 

  When checking your estimated delivery date, you might also find our delivery service information useful, as well as our article on tracking your order.

  

• You also have the option to check your order on your account.

  To access your account, click on the Sign In icon if you need to sign into your account on the top right of the web page. If you are already logged into your account, this will show as My Account.
